Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The views from each of the rooms is incredible and it also has a rooftop pool and lounge area that overlooks the beach. Tina is also such a wonderful host! Super friendly and accommodating. Definitely planning on coming back!

Mahahaul and El Caballo Blanco have quickly become my favorite getaway! The views are simply breathtaking, and the service is impeccable. I've already enjoyed two wonderful stays and am already planning my next trip. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a cheerful ambiance, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. All the essentials worked perfectly, including the TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning. It's important to remember that you're experiencing the charm of rural southern Mexico, not a bustling metropolis. While the infrastructure may not be on par with major US cities, the owner goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. I'm absolutely captivated by the magic of Mahahaul and El Caballo Blanco. A heartfelt thank you to Tina for her warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!

Great location right on the water. It was a bit confusing to get to, front door is on the beach not the street. Great little shops and restaurants walking distance. We had a great time exploring!

This seven room boutique hotel, right in the best section of mahahual, will delight you and your family. It is a member of the beach club directly in front, and is walking distance to several high end eateries and other beach spots along the malecon. Plenty of boats leave regularly for fishing snorkeling and diving. Mahahual is a friendly and slow paced gem. Tina, the owner of El Caballo Blanco, is well respected in the community, and she will treat you like family.
